For realtors, agents & teams who send by the batch

Real letters and cards, written and mailed by the batch.

Your clients can tell the difference between real ink and a printed font. Add your recipients, write each a personal note, and we put every letter or card on paper in real ink and drop them in the mail. One payment per batch. No subscription, ever.

Batches start at 10 recipients.

No subscription. Ever.

Most tools built for real-ink or handwritten-style outreach lock you into a monthly plan whether you mail anything that month or not. Bulk Notes doesn't. Pay for the batch you send, when you send it. Run one batch a year or one a week; the price per piece never changes and there's nothing to cancel.

Built for the way you actually reach people

Closing thank-yous

Thank every client personally the week you close. The note that gets kept on the fridge, not the one that gets deleted.

Just-listed & just-sold

Farm a neighborhood with real ink. Stand out in a mailbox full of glossy postcards everyone ignores.

Past-client & customer touches

Home-iversary notes, holidays, renewal reminders, thank-yous. Stay top of mind with the people most likely to refer you again.

Anyone who sends by the batch

Event follow-ups, donor thank-yous, employee recognition, off-market outreach. If you have a list and a message, you don't have to be a realtor to use this.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a batch cost?
Letters are $3.50 each, greeting cards are $7.00 each, postage included. Optional add-ons (a wax seal, premium cotton paper) are priced per piece. There are no setup fees and no recurring charges.
Is there a subscription or contract?
No. Bulk Notes is one payment per batch, not a monthly plan. Send a batch when you have one to send, and nothing when you don't. There's no account required and no minimum number of batches per year.
What's the minimum and maximum batch size?
Batches start at 10 recipients. Self-serve batches go up to 100 recipients; for anything larger, email help@mailedwords.com and it can be quoted and set up manually.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each batch is produced individually in real ink, so a batch this size typically takes a few business days to write before it ships. Plan on 8 to 10 business days total for the mail to arrive; USPS times are estimates, not guarantees, and first-class mail isn't tracked.
Can I use my own return address?
Yes, for free. By default every envelope is plain with no return address, but you can add your name and address at checkout and it will be printed on every envelope in the batch.
What if I only need to send one letter, not a batch?
Bulk Notes is built for batches of 10 or more. For a single letter or card, use our sister site Hello in Ink instead.
Do you screen the messages before writing them?
Yes. Every message is screened for slurs, threats, and harassment before it's written. Ordinary business and personal correspondence is never an issue.
